Each and every year people across our nation work together to create shoeboxes to send overseas to bring joy to children everywhere. Operation Christmas Child Box lets you pack helpful (and fun!) items in a shoebox to delight children of all ages. Your community is more than likely participating, and you can find drop-off locations online. If you want to pack your very own shoeboxes with your family, here are a few suggestions for your own boxes.
National Collection Week
Nov. 13 – 20, 2023
As a reminder, be sure to not pack anything liquid or candy. There are customs requirements and food cannot go through. Anything that could break like a snow globe or drink mixes, other snacks, or lotions is not allowed either. Keep it simple with one special feature gift and small goodies and toiletries to finish filling the box.
