Goldfish Swim School, the country’s leading water safety and swim lesson school offering infant and child swim lessons, is pleased to announce a new Des Moines, IA location opening in January 2020. One-of-a-kind learn-to-swim facility offers swim and water safety instruction to kids ages 4 months through 12 years old.

Located at 3771 86th Street, Goldfish Swim School Des Moines provides indoor, year-round swim instruction to children ages 4 months to 12 years-old in a unique setting with highly trained instructors, small class sizes (max 4:1 student to teacher ratio), shiver-free 90-degree pools, and a state-of-the-art water purification system. Families with kids of different ages and skill levels can conveniently have all of their swimmers in the pool during the same half-hour time slot and schedule makeup classes when necessary. Goldfish offers perpetual lessons and families can enroll at any time.

Family Swims, Birthday Parties and More!

In addition to swim lessons, Goldfish Swim School offers weekly family swims (for both members and non-members). Family swims are an opportunity for families to work on the skills kids learned in lessons and just have fun together in the pool! Goldfish also offers birthday party packages. Parties include exclusive use of the facility for two hours and the Goldfish team handles the details including set up and clean up.

Water Safety Education

The team at Goldfish is committed to sharing critical water safety information with local families. Goldfish offers FREE water safety presentations to any interested school, daycare, PTO, scout group or other community groups. How do families sign up for lessons?

Goldfish Swim School Urbandale begins lessons in February 2020.  Families can REGISTER for lessons now by visiting the website or calling  515/612-9500. Goldfish Swim School Urbandale is offering special introductory pricing. The first 500 members to register before their opening will lock in a discounted monthly rate of $80 as long as they remain perpetually enrolled (regularly $90/month).
