Jester Park Campground Playground in Granger, Iowa
Jester Park is a favorite park to explore for our family outside of Granger, Iowa. This park has endless areas to explore. Jester Park Campground area now has a brand new playground! My kids squealed in excitement as it came into view through our windows.
This large tower is surrounded by different combinations of ropes, walkways, and poles to challenge your child. My kids enjoyed finding all of the unique ways to get into the tower. Inside the tower, you’re welcomed by a rope and belt maze. My kids loved climbing throughout and finding all of the hangout spots within. The belt path leads to the lower 7ft slide, making it much more accessible than the large tube slide. To reach the largest tube slide, my kids had to test their coordination and strength. They were so proud of themselves!
This new playground also features a 2-5-year-old small playground with a small slide, sensory panels, and a couple of climbing features. We also loved the inclusive spinner. This was the first time we had seen this spinner at a playground. It had multiple places to stand, sit, and lounge as it spun! The playground also has swings (two standard, two infant bucket, and one child/parent swing.

Sprayground
A brand new sprayground right next to the playground will be opening in the summer of 2026!
