About Kelli Kerton

Kelli’s favorite “title” is MOM and her “WHY” for what she does every day. Kelli wants to show her kids that if you are in a position to help someone and you do it, the work is very joyful and rewarding. The Working Mom balancing act or blend, is a daily challenge and focus for her. Kelli has been married for ten years to her husband, Zach, and they have two kids; an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl, in the Waukee School District. They are involved in many activities; soccer, baseball, softball, football, cheer/dance, Vacation Bible School, and more. They also enjoy exploring new parks, and nature with the kids and their two Labrador Retrievers; Stanley and Gilbert.

Kelli Kerton’s love and energy for helping people in many ways was truly fulfilled when she decided to embark on her agent journey in Clive, Iowa. Kelli’s journey to Clive began in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where she was born and raised and attended Xavier High School. Although a huge Iowa Hawkeyes fan, she attended the University of Northern Iowa and following graduation, she moved to St. Louis to look for a job and cheer on the Cardinals. This is where her insurance career began and she learned in various roles for the last sixteen years as a; sales team member, claims adjuster, field sales leader, and agent development/ recruiting manager after exiting the corporate world in 2021, her dream role … agent!

Giving Back

Another passion of Kelli’s is volunteering and giving back to the community.

“Giving back or being a servant leader and volunteering helps me P.M.S. every day …grow Physically, Mentally & Spiritually!”

Currently, Kelli is actively involved with; the Boys & Girls Club of Central Iowa, Freedom for Youth, Meals from the Heartland, Clive Community Services Center, and the Special Olympics.

Helping people makes me happy and I love to meet new people and truly believe everyone has a gift inside that they were born to share! “
