Winter blues keeping you inside? Don’t let the chilly weather get in the way of keeping your family active! Hy-Vee is now offering a fun way to exercise anywhere and everywhere! Hy-Vee KidsFit™ is a free, online personal trainer and nutrition program for children, teens and families. Certified personal trainer Daira Driftmier and Hy-Vee dietitian Stacy Mitchell have teamed up to create the Hy-Vee KidsFit 5-Week Challenge. When you sign up for the 5-Week Challenge you will get daily healthy habits. Each day is something new. We incorporate fun workout videos, simple snacks on the go and activities to get the whole family healthy and active!

This program provides structure and education for all ages and abilities and requires no equipment or gym space, so grab your computer, phone or tablet and meet us in the living room!
