Join Iowa Wild for the 2023-24 Hockey Season

Iowa Wild hockey is back, bringing future NHL stars right to your backyard! If you thought last year was fun, this season is going to be even better. With an experience unlike any other in the area, there is plenty to be excited about no matter how old you are including unique theme nights, irreplaceable giveaways, and tons of extra promotions. Some of the highlights this season include:

Opening Night – October 13th at 7 p.m.

For just the second time ever, the Henderson Silver Knights will be making a trip to Des Moines to take on the wild. The first 1500 fans in the building will receive a magnet schedule as we ring in the 2023-24 season in style!

Pucks ‘N Paws – November 19th at 3 p.m.

Hockey + dogs = fun. That’s just a fact and for one day only this season, you can bring the whole family, even your dog, to an Iowa Wild game. The first 400 dogs to enter the building will receive an Iowa Wild pet mat and all fans in attendance are invited to stick around after the game for a postgame skate!

Teddy Bear Toss – December 8th at 7 p.m.

Bring your new/gently used stuffed animals with you to the game for our Teddy Bear Toss Night. When the Wild score their first goal of the game, fans will be able to throw their stuffed animals onto the ice! All stuffed animals will be collected and donated to various local nonprofit organizations. Last year we collected over 2,000 bears and are looking to top that this season.

Winter Wonderland Weekend – December 22nd & 23rd (7 p.m. & 6 p.m.)

Get in the holiday spirit with the Wild during a full weekend of Winter Wonderland magic! Get your picture taken with Santa, check out live reindeer, and be one of the first 1500 fans in the building on the 23rd to get your hands on an ugly sweater scarf to keep yourself warm.

New Year’s Eve Celebration – December 30th at 6 p.m.

It’s New Year’s Eve, Eve with the Wild! We are going to ring in 2024 a day early and we want YOU here to close out 2023 with us. There will be live music on the concourse for our Saturday Night Local Concert Series and make sure you stay in your seats following the game for a special postgame fireworks show!

Pink in the Rink – February 10th at 6 p.m.

One of the biggest Iowa Wild games every year is the annual Pink in the Rink game, where the Wild and our fans battle breast cancer. With specialty jerseys worn during the game, a must-see light the rink ceremony, and more – you won’t want to miss this game. Get your tickets soon because they are going fast!
