Location and Ambiance

In late 2022, the destination Stonedrift Spa relocated with an entirely new look to the Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa property in The Galena Territory. With that move, the size of the spa increased from 3,500 to more than 12,000 square feet which included new relaxation spaces, treatment rooms, earthly furnishings, high ceilings, raw wood, natural stone, and much more. When you arrive at the spa’s new standalone location, guests are greeted by warm, friendly staff, and soft music. You instantly feel at ease.

Locker Rooms

After you check in and verify the services you will be receiving you will be guided to the locker room. Get ready to relax! Each locker is stocked with a heavy and cozy robe along with slippers. After your treatments, you are encouraged to use one of their many amenities including a steam room, shower, changing rooms, bathroom, and vanities stocked with all of the necessities.

Variety of Treatments

The new Stonedrift Spa location offers an extensive menu of treatments designed to address the specific needs of everyone. Whether it’s a Swedish massage to melt away tension, a soothing facial to rejuvenate tired skin, or a body wrap to detoxify and nourish, the spa offers a diverse range of options. Specialized prenatal massages are also available for expectant mothers, providing a safe and comfortable way to relax during pregnancy.

I enjoyed an amazing Luna Facial during my visit. It is not like any other facial treatment! I left feeling so relaxed and my skin was glowing. I loved the little card the spa professional gives at the end that shares the products they use and recommend. You can purchase the products in their on-site retail boutique which includes everything from premium skincare products, essential oils, and other wellness items to continue a self-care routine after you leave.

Making a visit to Stonedrift Spa is unique. It is not just a spot for a massage or facial it offers unique wellness offerings to create a unique mind, body, and soul experience. Offerings include:

Breathe and Detox rooms, where guests can feel the deep penetrating heat from an infrared sauna, which helps eliminate toxins from the body, soothe aching muscles, and reduce stress

The Relaxation Room

I could have spent my whole day in this tranquil environment that encouraged complete relaxation surrounded by earthy furnishings. The room was beautiful, and calm and offered amazing views of the resort’s grounds. Guests are encouraged to spend time before and after their treatments. They offer water, tea, and snacks as well. The wave chairs were definitely a highlight. Who knew these chairs could be so heavenly? I could have napped all day!

Yoga and Fitness

Coming very soon! For those who prefer active relaxation, Stonedrift Spa will offer a Wellness Movement Studio. Experienced instructors lead sessions that cater to various skill levels, helping guests find balance, strength, and inner peace. Services such as Yoga, Reiki, Guided Meditation, Stretch classes, and even Hypnotherapy will be offered at the studio.

Eagle Ridge Resort

You do not need to go far after you receive your spa services. Make sure you book your room at Eagle Ridge Resort! Hotel guests can walk to and from the new spa location, enjoy beautiful views of Lake Galena (make sure you grab a paddleboat!), dine at the hotel’s signature restaurant Highlands Restaurant, walk miles and miles of trails, horseback riding trails, and more. There are hundreds of things to see and do on the property. I wish we had more time to explore!

You do not need to be a guest at Eagle Ridge to enjoy the spa, restaurants, and golf courses. It is open to the public!
Looking to just relax and enjoy the spa amenities without services? They offer spa day passes Monday through Thursday for $35 per person.
