The Iowa Wild are gearing up to hit the ice for the 2025-26 season, presented by Kwik Star. The next generation of NHL stars begin their journey right here, in Des Moines! If you thought last year was exciting, this season promises better action and bigger plays. The Iowa Wild are bringing back one-of-a-kind theme nights, fan favorite giveaways, and unforgettable season-long promotions. Whether you’re coming with friends, family, coworkers, or your fellow fans, there’s always something new to look forward to. We can’t wait to welcome you back and remember, THIS IS WILD TERRITORY.
Opening Night – October 11 at 6:00 PM vs The Chicago Wolves
What better way to start the season than a game that celebrates YOU, the fans?! The first 1500 fans in the building on opening night will receive a season magnet schedule! Be sure to stick around after the game for post-game player autographs. Join us in welcoming back the players from summer break as we kick off the start of the brand-new season.
Kids Opening Night – October 12 at 5:00 PM vs The Rockford Ice Hogs
This one is all about the kids and their love of the game! Enjoy inflatables, games, and more on your way into Casey’s Center. The first 1500 fans in attendance will take home a youth color-your-own hat giveaway!
Hockeyween – November 1 at 6:00 PM vs Tucson Roadrunners
Watch the Wild in your Halloween costumes! Join us for pre-game trick-or-treating on the concourse and stay for the hockey! The first 1500 fans in attendance will receive a packable trick-or-treat bag. Enjoy trick or treating on the concourse, spooky games and more!
Pucks ‘N Paws – November 2 at 3:00 PM vs Tucson Roadrunners
Hockey + dogs = perfection. You already bring your dog everywhere, why not the hockey game?! All fans in attendance are invited to stick around after the game for a Sunday postgame skate!
Hockey Fights Cancer – November 9 at 6:00 PM vs The Rockford IceHogs
Cancer affects all of us. Join us as we come together to honor survivors, support fighters, and remember those we’ve lost. The Iowa Wild is proud to stand alongside the hockey community in the fight against cancer. Wear lavender, share your stories, and be part of a night dedicated to hope, strength, and unity. All fans in attendance will receive “I fight for” cards to show support honor the ones we love who are affected by cancer. All fans in attendance are invited to stick around after the game for a Sunday postgame skate.
Star Wars Night – November 14 at 7:00 PM vs The Charlotte Checkers
The force is strong with our fans. Bring the whole family for Star Wars Night – purchase the Star Wars ticket package that includes one game ticket and one exclusive glow sword!
Veterans Appreciation Night – November 15 at 6:00 PM vs The Charlotte Checkers
The Iowa Wild proudly recognizes veterans who serve our country. Bring the whole family for an exciting night with specialty jerseys and an Iowa Aeros hat giveaway for the first 1,500 fans. Proceeds from the specialty jersey auction will benefit the Mid-Iowa Council, Scouting America.
Teddy Bear Toss – December 6 at 6:00 PM vs The Manitoba Moose
Be part of a favorite Wild tradition – the Teddy Bear Toss! When the Wild score their first goal, fans are invited to launch their new stuffed animals onto the ice. All donations go directly to local nonprofits helping those in need in Iowa.
Kids Takeover Day – December 7 at 3:00 PM vs The Manitoba Moose
Calling all parents and babysitters, the kids are taking over. Enjoy inflatables and games around the concourse. For kids 12 and under, the first 1500 in the building will receive a free youth jersey. All fans in attendance are invited to stick around after the game for a Sunday postgame skate.
New Year’s Eve Bash – December 31 at 5:00 PM vs Texas Stars
Ring in 2026 with an unforgettable night at the arena! Enjoy live music on the concourse as part of our Saturday Night Local Concert Series and stick around after the game for a postgame fireworks show you won’t want to miss!
Crash’s Pajama Birthday – March 29 at 6:00 PM vs The Rockford IceHogs
Crash is turning 11 and you’re invited to the pajama party! The first 1500 kids in Casey’s Center age 12 and under, will receive a special youth jersey. All fans in attendance are invited to stick around after the game for a Sunday postgame skate.
Racing Night – April 3 at 7:00 PM vs Rockford IceHogs
Get ready to race with the Wild! Rev your engines for Racing Night at the arena! Watch the action on ice and cheer as your favorite Wild players speed toward victory. The first 1500 fans in Casey’s Center will take home the special Iowa Speedway giveaway hat. Adults can enjoy Friday specials of $2 beer night.
Fan Appreciation Night – April 18 at 6:00 PM vs The Manitoba Moose
We have the greatest fans in hockey, which means they need to be celebrated! We know this season will be one to remember and we want to honor you, the fans! Fan Appreciation Night will feature all kinds of in-game prizes and the first 1500 fans who enter the building will take home an Iowa Wild season team photo.
