My son and I experienced goat yoga for the very first time a few weeks ago. It was so much fun! If you love animals and yoga, this is definitely a yoga experience for you. Do not expect to get a great workout in. Most of us were there for the goat snuggles, but the instructor Jenishared many different poses to do while holding your goat friend.
