Rolling Around Town in My Minivan

I remember saying in my early twenties that I would never drive a minivan.  Fast forward 10 years and what am I driving?  A Kia Sedona minivan.  Funny how life works like that.  You become a parent and practical becomes more important than “being cool”.  Because when it comes to practical, the minivan is the best vehicle you can have for getting the kiddos around town.  Trying to get your kids into their car seats in the back of a small car can lead to a trip to the chiropractor (hey I’m not a spring chicken anymore, I’m in my thirties), but getting them in and out of a spacious minivan is easy.  Need to throw the giant double stroller in the back of the van along with a million other supplies needed for a trip to the park.  With a minivan, no problem.  A tiny car…. not so much.  So here’s to the minivan.  People may mock and make fun of you, but to me you are beautiful!

This video isn’t totally dedicated to the minivan life, but as far as parent life, it hits it spot on.
