Printable Daily Schedule for Families

We will be spending a lot more time at home for the next few weeks. To help you from not going crazy I have created a printable daily schedule just for you and your children. I know personally, my children do a lot better with structure and knowing what is happening when. Having a visual printed out and posted on the refrigerator will help provide comfort for your children and sanity for you. I came across this idea from another mom on social media and LOVED it.

The best thing about this daily schedule is you can personalize it with your very own needs and what may work best for your family. Follow the example below as a guide.

8 a.m. | Wake-Up

Eat breakfast, make your bed, and get dressed.

9 to 10 a.m. | Morning Walk

Enjoy a family walk with the dog or put Cosmic Yoga on if it is raining!
