Navitas Naturals: An Easy Way to Add Superfoods to Your Diet!

I have used Navitas Naturals products off and on in the pass, but I was recently sent these two great products and have fallen even more in love with the company and all of the products they have to offer!

Mulberry Berries

When I first heard of mulberry berries I was imagining something blueberries. I was surprised when I opened the package to find some sweet and chewy berries. These tiny berries a wonderful source of vegetarian protein and are loaded with Vitamin C and Iron. They are loaded with antioxidants that help prevent disease and tissue damage by neutralizing free radicals. They also contain fiber which supports your digestive system.

My favorite part about these tiny berries? I can pop a few to help crave my MAJOR sweet tooth and know I am doing my body good.


You can pretty much add them to anything, salads, trail mixes, smoothies, your favorite StonyField yogurt, or my favorite on top of a bowl of warm oatmeal.


Hemp seeds and hemp powder are another great superfood to add to your diet. Hemp is loaded with omegas and protein. Hemp is a complete plant-based protein that contains all nine of the essential amino acids. The omegas support healthy cell membranes.

When you purchase your hemp sees or powder from Navita Naturals you know that it has been minimally processed and hulled using a method that does not involve steam or heat. Steam or heat and break-down and destroy some of the greatest benefits.
