Does your kiddo have a letter for Santa? Do they want to receive a letter or phone call from Santa? There are some great opportunities to sign up for. Take a look at the list below. If I am missing your favorite activity contact me!

Letters to Santa

Ankeny Parks & Recreation 

Letters due December 9

Have your child fill out our “Letter to Santa” form and receive a personalized letter back from Santa along with a certificate for being on the nice list! The form will be available at the Parks & Recreation Office or online beginning November 1. Ankeny residents only, please.

Cookies For Santa

Urbandale Parks & Recreation; Giovannetti Shelter

10 to 11 a.m. 

Everyone knows that Santa loves cookies! Join us as we decorate cookies for Santa. Please bring a container to bring cookies home. $12 fee per child, parents free. Register through Urbandale Parks & Rec.

Enjoy this opportunity to receive a letter from Santa mailed directly to your child. The letter, written in simple, easy to read language, is a thrilling surprise for any child. It will come in an envelope with Santa’s name on it and return address in the corner. The letter will arrive approximately one week before Christmas. Register with Urbandale Parks & Rec. $2 fee. For ages 10 years and under.

Register November 1 – 21

Because Santa is so busy during this time of year, he asked for Waukee Parks and Recreation’s help! To receive a personalized letter from Santa please register. $5 per child.
