Kids Bowl Free in Des Moines, Iowa

Get ready for a summer of bowling! The Kids Bowl Free program is nationally recognized, offering two free games of bowling daily to eligible kids all summer. Have a great time indoors on those hot summer days and it’s a great way to stay off screens this summer.
Parents and caregivers can sign up all the children in the home who meet the age requirements for their local center. Most centers in Iowa start at age 2 and many go until age 15-18. Each child signed up will enjoy two free games of bowling daily. Shoe rental is not included in most centers and the rental fee varies by center.
Want to bowl alongside your kids? The Family Passes is your solution! For a one-time fee, up to four bowling participants can be added to allow the whole family the opportunity to enjoy a summer of bowling together. The Family Pass provides each adult with the past two games of bowling per day! Starting at $34.95, the Family Pass is an incredible value and easily pays for itself within a couple of visits.

My family participated in this program and appreciated dozens of games of free bowling last summer. We were able to go bowling much more often than we would have otherwise and my son enjoyed it so much that he ultimately joined a bowling league at our center during the school year. We are signed up for Kids Bowl Free with the Family Pass again this year and are looking forward to a lot more fun!
