Well, because it’s low in fat and packed full of calcium, protein and lower in sodium than regular yogurt. And the best part….. It makes an awesome dip when paired with some ranch seasoning. It doesn’t get any easier than this recipe. 2 ingredients that will help you stay fit and will get the kids eating veggies and loving them in no time!
- 1 Tbsp Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- Mix together the 2 ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve with tortilla chips, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower or your favorite veggies.
