Week four is done and it was a bit of a hard one for me. I am excited to kick off week five because there is testing this weekend!
Highlights for this week:
- I missed one workout this week.
- Nutrition was a bit of a struggle this week.
- Someone I do not regularly see noticed some changes!
I meal-prepped like usual, but nutrition this week was a bit of a struggle. It was when the weekend hit. I had planned to take my cheat day on Sunday because of the Super Bowl, but I ended up also having several “cheat” snacks on Saturday too. 🙁 That’s okay! It’s Monday and I am ready to get back on track.
This past week I prepped an entire chicken in the crock pot, shredded up the meat and included it on my salads for the week. I discovered this yummy salad dressing, pictured below. It’s an all natural dressing, no secret ingredients and is delicious! I also roasted bell peppers, red onion and broccoli to include with my lunches and dinners. Overall, my eating was pretty on point until the weekend hit.

I missed one workout day in week four. I will be totally honest, there was so excuse besides me just not wanting to go, because I was tired. I will tell you though, the entire rest of my day was completely off and did not have the great boost of energy I usually have. I quickly regretted not going.
Overall, week four was a bit of a challenge for me. I am looking forward to starting fresh this week and 5-week testing on Saturday. I am excited to see if I have made any changes!
