Gluten Free Baking with King Arthur Flour

Disclosure: I received free from product from King Arthur Flour and Stonyfield in exchange for this blog post, but all thoughts and opinions are my very own!

Who had a great Thanksgiving?! I am sure there was a lot of food cooked, baked and indulged in. Our family enjoyed some wonderful food including this Apple & Yogurt Coffee Cake. I am in no shape or form taking credit for this recipe 🙂 I found it on one of my favorite recipe resources Stonyfield. Between, did you know they offer an extensive amount of recipes? Check it out!

Anyways, since about September our family has been working extremely hard to cut out extra sugar and gluten. Man on man, when we stay on the no-sugar, no-gluten kick, we all feel amazing. I knew we were going to be indulging quite a bit Thanksgiving day, so I decided to use my Measure for Measure King Arthur Flour.

This flour is “measure for measure” flour. Pretty much, you can sub it in any recipe for regular white flour. No cutting measurements or adding, etc. Trust me it gets complicated! And it worked perfectly!

Follow the recipe here, step-by-step, but use your Measure for Measure King Arthur Flour instead!

prep

I of course prepped everything the day before, placed it in the fridge and baked it Thanksgiving morning! It was gone so fast, I wasn’t able to get a picture of my final product. Of course, it looks exactly like the one below 🙂

It can be a little scary and frustrating when you decide to go gluten free and all of your favorite recipes call for white flour or any other conventional flour. I love how easy King Arthur Flour has made it so convenient. This is definitely a staple product for any family who is gluten-free, especially with the holidays in full swing!
